For any claims based on or arising from an alleged violation of privacy, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either of us may apply to the American Arbitration Association to institute the arbitration proceedings. The fees and expenses of the arbitrators will be shared equally by both parties. The arbitration will take place in New Orleans, Louisiana.
    2. Litigation in Courts of Non-Privacy Issues. For all other claims, the Parties to this Agreement consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and Federal courts in New Orleans, Louisiana.
17. Applicable Law and Location of Dispute Resolution
    Our Website is created and controlled by Valley Joist in the state of Louisiana, United States. The laws of the state of Louisiana will govern these Conditions of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. All claims and proceedings arising in connection with these Conditions of Use shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution clause above, and take place in New Orleans, Louisiana.
